Jason KeigherJASON KEIGHER is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also certified as a group fitness instructor. Jason began his fitness career at Equinox Fitness Clubs and worked as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club for over five years. Jason is available to train clients privately throughout NYC. Jason has years of experience designing personalized fitness programs that deliver maximum results for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Tysan LernerTYSAN LERNER has a dance background. She is the artistic director of a successful dance company and was trained on scholarship at the Joffrey Ballet; Feld Ballet; Martha Graham and Alvin Ailey schools. Tysan completed her personal training certification at NYU and is pre/post-natal certified. Tysan started exploring and teaching other modalities including Yoga, Pilates, and the Gyrotonic Expansion System which she integrates into her training techniques. The results are a leaner, more agile and coordinated body. Joshua MargolisJOSHUA MARGOLIS is a personal trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Psychology. He holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Institute of Fitness Educators (AIFE). Joshua is also prenatal and postpartum fitness certified. He has been working in the health and fitness arena for over 5 years designing personalized fitness programs which incorporate motivational techniques to enhance performance. Hillary BaronHILLARY IRWIN MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Applied Anatomy and Physiology. Very fit herself, Hillary incorporates the diet/exercise connection into her education and counseling sessions. With her supportive, nurturing style, Hillary has helped people all over New York City make nutritious eating a consistent part of their lifestyle. She is experienced at teaching clients how to fit proper eating into a hectic schedule. Hillary graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and a concentration in dietetics.
